Covid-19: important information

Wearing face coverings is no longer mandatory when travelling on board our service.

There is no longer a requirement to present a Covid-19 negative test result to the authorities on the Folkestone terminal.

As of 18th March 2022, the UK Government has lifted all COVID travel restrictions and requirements for passengers entering the United Kingdom.

Our Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Freight services continue to operate as normal. We are following all the precautions advised by the governments to ensure that this route remains the fastest, most frequent and most secure route for transporting goods across the Channel.

The health and safety of our customers and team members is our utmost priority.

Our cleaning operations have been increased and transport equipment is regularly disinfected. Automatic hand sanitisers are also available on all our Club Cars.

We will also reduce access to shuttles at certain times to limit the number of drivers in minibuses and Club Cars to respect recommended personal safe space.
