Earn points with LeShuttle Freight's loyalty programme, available to all drivers who travel on our service.
To earn points, simply scan the barcode printed on your Transport ticket within 5 days of your crossing.
Important - It can only be scanned after being allocated to a departure.
How do I earn points?
Points earned for each crossing
Each crossing scanned and completed will earn you 50 points up to 12 crossings per month.
You'll also earn EXTRA points depending on your monthly number of crossings.
EXTRA points
- Between 3 and 5 crossings per month, earn 300 Extra points
- Between 6 and 8 crossings per month, earn 400 Extra points
- From 9 crossings and more, earn 500 Extra points
e.g.:
- 2 crossings = 100 points
- 5 crossings: 250 points + 300 points = 550 points
- 7 crossings = 350 + 400 = 750 points
- 13 crossings : 12 x 50 points + 500 = 1100 points
Bonus points earnt for certain events
- 200 welcome points when you register
- For your birthday, you will receive an email. By clicking on the link in the e-mail, you earn 50 points
- And thanks to your company, you get a monthly bonus of 200 points for FIRST status
What are the conditions for earning points?
Points are awarded within 24 hours of the scan.
A journey only generates points for 1 person in the vehicle, regardless of the number of people present.
A maximum of 1 journey per day and per direction (one return journey) will be counted.
Extra points are credited within 7 days of the following month
Points will be usable for a period of 12 months from the date they are obtained. Once this period has elapsed, they will be deleted. Points will automatically expire at the end of the 12th month and will no longer appear in the Points balance.
Scanning the barcode
A barcode is present on the transport ticket and given at check-in.
To scan the barcode, click on the "Scan my trip" tab located in the Driver Info app.
The barcode must be scanned within 5 days of your crossing.

- How do I join the Drivers Club?
Log on to @ driver.leshuttlefreight.com and register by ticking the "Join" box.
- What happens if I forget to scan my ticket on the day of my crossing?
You can scan your ticket up to 5 days after your crossing.
- When can I see the points on my account?
You will be able to check your points online within 24 hrs of scanning your ticket.
- How can I change my registration number?
Log on to Driver Info @ driver.leshuttlefreight.com, select your profile and you will be able to change your registration.
- I'm travelling with another driver. Can he/she earn points too?
50 points are awarded for each crossing and for each vehicle.
