In line with our ongoing commitment to enhance our services, we are pleased to announce our new partnership with TIP Trailer Services, now situated at Le Truck Village in Coquelles.
Easy access in a safe environment
Ideally located on our highly secure French terminal, customers can now conveniently carry out necessary repairs or plan their standard maintenance operations before or after their crossing with Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Freight.
Expertise on site
Specialised and trained technicians are present to complete regular maintenance operations, minor bodywork and most standard mechanical work.
They can also complete ABS/EBS diagnosis directly from their mobile service unit or assist for any emergency services and repairs.
Convenience and flexibility
The mobile unit is currently on site Wednesdays to Fridays from 14:00 to 18:00 (CET).
Please note that outside these hours, a 24/7 on-call number with a multilingual customer support team will be pleased to assist in 17 languages: +33 1 60 76 85 20
No need to open an account to have access to these services. Payment can be made on site by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, DKV).
