Electrical Interconnector (Eleclink)
Following the successful completion of the tests of the ElecLink cable installed in the Tunnel, the next phase which consists in testing its electromagnetic compatibility is planned over the next few weeks.
We inform you that in order to carry out these tests, an overnight single tunnel operation will be required. The majority of these works will take place on Mondays AND Fridays from 3rd September to 2nd October 2021, resulting in a reduced timetable offering 1,5 departures per hour only on average instead of 2,5 from 22h to 7h CET on those nights.
Please note that exceptionally additional overnight maintenance will also take place on Monday 30th to Tuesday 31st August and Tuesday 31st August to Wednesday 1st september.
