AFNOR, the Association Française de Normalisation, is an internationally recognised organisation for standardisation. Their review covered all steps of the freight driver journey, which include the Pit stops, check-in and all reception areas visited by the drivers but also the Club-cars and transfer buses that drivers use from their vehicles to the Club-cars, each of these steps being rated 100%.
