In order to provide a fast, efficient and easy service for our customers and to help with the traffic flow through controls, we have decided to review the number of passengers authorised to travel in a commercial van.
With effect from Monday 24th May 2021, the maximum number of passengers authorised to travel in a commercial van crossing with Eurotunnel Le Shuttle Freight and on our VP service will be limited to 3 (including the driver).
Please note that any commercial vans travelling with more than 3 passengers will not be authorised to travel on our services.
