We are pleased to inform you that our Driver Info web app has been upgraded to include customs status information in order to make your drivers' journeys even smoother when travelling on our service.
In addition to the information displayed on the digital panels on the freight exit route in France, drivers can also view the customs status linked to their vehicle as soon as the shuttle arrives in Calais, so they can easily prepare to follow the green or orange itinerary as instructed on their screen.
On arrival, simply click on “customs status” from the main menu:
And follow the instructions displayed on the screen:
Android users can also choose to receive this information automatically when enabling notifications from their profile.
Our app has also been enhanced to provide useful information with available parking spaces for our new secure truck park Le Truck Village in Coquelles, as well as a new guide for drivers to help them understand the new requirements for crossing the border.
Log on to driver.eurotunnelfreight.com and save the link as a shortcut on your mobile device. Once you have entered your registration number, customised service information will be displayed for each step of your journey.
