We would like to remind you that online bookings are also valid the day before and the day after the booked travel but not valid outside this period.
Please note that any vehicles arriving at Check-in with an invalid booking or no booking will be requested to exit the terminal in order to maintain the fluidity of traffic through to boarding.
You should also ensure that you do not make multiple bookings for the same vehicle on the same date of travel as this will result in drivers being referred to the Freight Driver Centre therefore causing delays to your vehicles.
It is important to ensure that you don’t delay your drivers and your load unnecessarily by checking your booking details before your vehicles travel by logging on at www.eurotunnelfreight.com and click on “View, amend or cancel”.
