Once confirmed, you will receive a customs pre-notification reference that will be associated to your booking number. You will receive a confirmation by email which can be forwarded automatically to your driver by email or SMS.
For 24/7 flexibility, you’re also able to amend or delete your customs pre-notification online.
On the terminal
IMPORTANT: at check-in, your driver will need to validate the pre-customs notification reference.
The vehicle will automatically be identified at the Pit Stop with the registration numbers and the data sent directly to French Douane’s IT system.
