We are delighted to launch our new Le Shuttle Freight online services.
This new version has been designed to offer a more user friendly navigation making use of modern technologies and improved compatibility with mobile devices.
We met with some of our key users and have learnt from their experience so that we could respond to their needs.
What’s new?
Our aim is to provide intuitive and user friendly services in line with your expectations.
In order to achieve this we have decided to upgrade our online services in different stages so that you can benefit from these improvements sooner. This will also help us learn from your own experience as we develop the next stages.
A brand new homepage: the Dashboard
Most of our online services are now readily available directly from our homepage; at a glance it is now possible to check our Terminals status or view your available crossings for the day in each direction.
Vehicle Tracking Search or ADR classified goods UN number search are also now all conveniently accessible from our homepage. All services also remain available through the navigation bar located at the top of page.
My user profile
This brand new facility allows you to optimise your booking process by setting up your own defaults. Do you always book your return trips starting exclusively from Folkestone? Simply update your user profile and see for yourself how easy it is!
You are also now able to
- Change your own password
- Manage the contacts list for your account
- Set your booking defaults
- Automatically receive or forward your booking confirmations or your vehicle arrivals.
It’s also now easier to receive your lost/forgotten password out of office hours.
“New booking” replaces “E-ticket”
In line with the latest technologies, our new booking system has been enhanced to offer more intuitive services whether you are working from a desktop computer or on a tablet.
Not only we have rebuilt our booking systems but we have also renamed them so that they can more easily be identified for first time users.

Multiple e-ticket requests is now Multiple bookings
List is now View, amend or cancel
History is now Booking history
