We know things can change at a moment’s notice, which is why we make it easy to amend your Eurotunnel Freight booking with us at any time.
Doing so is as simple as visiting our booking page. Once there, click on “view or amend a booking”, enter your booking reference and password that was provided with your confirmation email, and you’re all set.
Please note that while bookings are amendable, they are subject to availability on the chosen day.
Travel must be undertaken within 6 months of the initial date of booking. After this date, the booking will be permanently lost. Refunds are not accepted.
