In the current circumstances, we know that it can be difficult at times for drivers to find suitable places to stop, have a break, use toilets or have a shower. More than ever, they play a vital role in the supply chain serving our communities and we want to show them our support and appreciation for their efforts during this difficult period.
Free shower, toilets, free drink and free snack
As of today, Eurotunnel will distribute vouchers to drivers on our French and UK terminals enabling them to benefit from certain facilities.
For drivers crossing from UK to France, they will receive a voucher (one per truck) that will offer a free shower, access to toilets, a hot drink and a take-away snack pack available on our new Eurotunnel Truck Park in France.
Please be assured that social distancing will be respected in accordance with government guidelines. For this reason, only 20 trucks at any one time will be allowed to stay maximum 1 hour in the zone.
For drivers crossing from France to UK, they will also receive a voucher (one per truck) for a value of £8 which can be used in Stop 24 Folkestone Services or The Ashford International Truckstop in England.
This voucher entitles them to benefit from a free shower, food and drink in these places.
