As you are aware, as a Eurotunnel Le Shuttle VP customer, you can continue to travel with your commercial vehicles on our passenger shuttles, whether loaded or empty.
However, due to the latest travel regulations in place in France, it is ESSENTIAL that your drivers automatically present their VP hanger to the French authorities during the controls. The hanger also needs to be visibly displayed in the windscreen of the vehicle at all times throughout their journey. Failure to do so may result in the refusal to travel by the authorities.
VP hangers are given at check-in as soon as the transaction has been processed, either directly from the kiosk or handed out by the check-in agent if using a manual lane.
